Hi Ted,

I sent off an email to RAC HQ to inform them of the problem and to ask
them which address works.  I'll post the correct info when I receive it.

Well, the address shown in the RAC HF band plan  document didn't work 
either.
Does anyone else know where to send the response (address that works)?
