[qrp-canada] Special milliWatt RFTB

Speaking of RTFB - I still have a FEW crystals left on 7044 kHz
if somebody wants one or two. When these are gone, that is it!

I made up a batch of these about 2 years ago for the 
Flying Pig QRP guys. I thnk I have like 5 or 6 left now.
