The 2007 RAC Canada Winter Contest will run from 0000Z (UTC) to 2359Z
(UTC) December 29, 2007.  Radio Amateurs everywhere, especially in
Canada, are encouraged to join in the fun of this uniquely friendly
annual event and say hello to old and new friends.
