[qrp-canada] Canaday software

I've used N3FJP's software (RAC 1.7) for the summer contest and really 
like it a lot....works just a well for the winter contest.  I also use 
his ACLog for my normal logging. The "telnet packet cluster" is nice to 
see whats going on while you're hard at work.

FYI, its just shy of 18:00 UTC on Dec 29th and 40m has been rough for 
me...I'm not hearing many stations out east, and those that I do are way 
down.  There was a brief period this morning for about 2 hours when I 
was hearing a few stations in ON, but not much east of that.  If anybody 
needs SK, I'm down between 7020-7035.
