For what its worth, NOAA has predicted that the smoothed sunspot  
number will reach its minimum this month. If this is true, we are at  
the bottom of the solar cycle. It will take a few months before we  
know for sure, smoothing takes time, but there is literally non place  
to go but up. Hang on, 10M will be open world wide in a few years. :^)
