Summary
-------

I operated for 2 and a half hours from Majors Hill Park, a stone's
throw from the Canadian Parliament Buildings in Canada's Capital.  I
was pedestrian mobile walking around the park with a helically loaded
20-foot fishing pole in my backpack, dragging a counterpoise wire.

It was a nice day but windy up on the hill and I had a great time
making contest QSOs on 20m in Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, South
Dakota, Ontario, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, Missouri, and
Colorado.  I did try 40m too but only made one FYBO contact in
Michigan.
