I've been surfing the Internet in search of a step by step description of
how to REPAIR an electrolytic capacitor - I've found lots of material on
REPLACING electrolytics but nothing that pertains to REPAIRING them - I'm
wondering if anyone can point me to a site that illustrates a step-by-step
procedure for repairing an electrolytic capacitor? - or tell me how to do
